why do clone phones offer cool features?

if you have ever seen some of the clone phones that are being made right now, you should know that alot of them run some type of windows operating system with some type of shell or skin covering the windows mobile interface.like a iphone or even a symbian os. alot of them are also adding some intresting features, for example the picture below shows a clone phone with a built in projector into it. right now i know of no curent windows phones that have this feature. sure alot of them have the tv out feature but why couldnt they add features like this.
