the popular windows shell by VITO has been upgraded to Winterface 1.3. some of the improvements include a new theme that has 3d icons (previous theme was bland but you can change it with a little tweaking). other improvements include being able to add internet explorer or opera mobile favorites to the home screen as a icon. also note that all bugs are report fix including those pesky sms notifications.
