Steve Ballmer CEO of microsoft has confirmed what the motorola rep said about a new upgrade to windows 6.1. Not much is known about the new windows 6.5.operating system. Some rumors are that it will feature the new silverlite and 6 on 6 browser. The upgrade is expected some time next year
